Jodaan Mobile processes shop account details, customer and repair records entered by shop owners, invoices, inventory, device notification tokens, and information submitted for lost-phone reports. Data is used to provide the requested app functions, prevent abuse, support customer service, and comply with legal obligations.
Bill and permitted identification documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized administrators for verification. Do not upload Aadhaar. The service is not a government lost-phone registry and does not replace Sanchar Saathi/CEIR or a police complaint.
Firebase may be used for push notifications, crash reporting, performance monitoring, App Check, and aggregated analytics. Business records are stored in the Jodaan Mobile CMS database.
Records are retained only as needed for the service, legal/accounting requirements, fraud prevention, or the period disclosed inside the product. Users can submit a deletion request at this page. Certain invoices or legally required records may need to be retained.
We use HTTPS, access controls, private file storage, token authentication, audit logging, and database protections. No system can guarantee absolute security.
