Jodaan Mobile is a business-management and private alert service for mobile shops and citizens. Shop owners are responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection, and authorized use of customer, billing, employee, repair, and device information they enter.
IMEI search results show only approved reports stored in Jodaan Mobile. A green result does not prove ownership or guarantee that a device is not lost, stolen, financed, blocked, or subject to another claim. Users must perform lawful verification and use official CEIR/Sanchar Saathi processes where applicable.
Users must not use the service for lock bypass, unauthorized device access, surveillance, fraud, identity theft, or handling stolen property. Aadhaar uploads are prohibited.
Subscription features may be limited, suspended, or changed according to the purchased plan, applicable store rules, and law. Before launch, the operator must add refund, cancellation, grievance, governing-law, and business identity details.
